01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the gg7771 platform at any time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, exploit a promotional offer, or for any other purpose — is a material breach of this Agreement. gg7771 may permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balance or pending withdrawals upon discovery of duplicate account activity.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. gg7771 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed and in active use will be honoured under the terms at the time of claim.

gg7771 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting platform errors or malfunctions to obtain unfair advantage.

06 Games & Betting Rules

All casino games available on the gg7771 platform — including JILI slots, Playtech live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets — are subject to their individual game rules as displayed within each game interface or betting market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule shall prevail for that game only.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gg7771 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, fulfil wagering requirements, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing cards or game information in live dealer environments, or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such vulnerabilities must be reported to gg7771 support immediately.

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gg7771 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gg7771 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if gg7771 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gg7771's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their gg7771 wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

gg7771 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any technical issues will be resolved within a specific timeframe. Planned maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service provider failures are outside gg7771's full control.

10 Privacy & Data

gg7771 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. gg7771 does not sell your personal information to third parties, and your data is used solely for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and the improvement of platform services.

In compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), gg7771 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. 11 Suspension & Termination

gg7771 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where gg7771 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotions.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a regulatory body.
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring account restriction.

Upon account termination for cause, gg7771 may withhold any remaining wallet balance pending investigation. Where termination is not the result of player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

12 Governing Law

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — including questions of its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13 Amendments

gg7771 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gg7771 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the gg7771 platform after such notification constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance and closure of your account. gg7771 will not retroactively apply new Terms to bets or transactions completed before the effective date of any amendment.
